Let me tell you nothing came easy for me including my academic career. However, not once did I give up when I failed a test. Instead, I did what it took to pass and ultimately graduate. Yes, there were tears, thoughts of giving up but I didn't. Ultimately, my hard work, determination, inner will power, and persistence has paid off. I graduated Georgia Southern with a B.S.degree in Public Relations May which led me to my first sales job as an industrial supply account manager (never did I forsee myself in sales even though people told me I would enjoy it..they were right). After having great success being in the top half within my region with my former company for three years, I decided to take to advance my sales career by becoming an AE ( aka account executive) for WTOC (CBS affliate local broadcast station) in Oct. From there, I now am an AE for LL Broadcast Co. Guess what I still love sales My outgoing, positive as well as hard work traits is what makes me unique or stand out from the rest. Persistence, organization, and honesty are three characteristics that make top sales people successful, according to Hal Becker "Can I have Minutes of Your Time". Never did I think I would enjoy my job and be good at it. I love people, sales, and working hard because its truly self rewarding when my hard work pays off. Work hard. Never give up. There's a light at the end of the tunnel.
