I teach contemporary literature, creative non-fiction, and courses in applied critical writing about the arts and media. I have most recently focused my research and teaching efforts on cybercultures (how the internet both informs and reflects contemporary society), as well as the ways in which our traditional understanding and perceptions of narratives are challenged within this virtual explosion of new media technology.
