I became a licensed real estate agent in Utah after graduating from Utah State University in and worked as a realtor selling existing real estate as well as new construction before going to work for Bushman, Daines, Rasmussen and Wisan, CPAs in Salt Lake City in . Having passed the CPA in one sitting in November of I then worked for Hansen, Barnett and Maxwell, CPAs, Salt Lake Citys largest local firm, where I achieved the level of junior auditor before striking out on my own after two and a half years. Until January of I have been a CPA in good standing engaged in public practice with an emphasis in taxation. For years I owned and operated my own accounting firm, Kenneth L. Lovisa, CPA PC, whose client base included real estate investors and developers. I sold the accounting practice in January of to focus full time on real estate and other related investment opportunities. I have been actively involved in real estate investing since then and have closed multiple transactions. I have completed trainings in raising and using private money, self directed IRA account investment strategies, syndication, foreclosure short sales, commercial real estate investing, and advanced income tax strategies.
