I believe that the only thing that limits you in life is yourself. It is essential to have creativity, passion, and drive to achieve success. I have an in-depth understanding of numerous new media topics and trends. I am also knowledgeable about emerging mobile, payment, and fintech trends. I think of creative ways to leverage the latest technologies to drive results. My experience with instructional design has taught me to examine processes and develop in-depth solutions that improve on existing processes. I can also develop effective solutions using a systemic approach that targets the true need of organizations so that processes are more effective and streamline. Another unique skill I have developed though my experience with instructional design is the ability to create job aids, performance appraisals, and evaluation materials to ensure that employees are optimizing their time by being as efficient as possible.
