I enjoy building products that make a difference to the end user. As a Product Manager with AT&T Interactive (the YP.COM network), I am focused on defining and building the platform and tools to connect local businesses with consumers across multiple digital platforms. I own my products from concept to launch, and measure success by user adoption and satisfaction. I enjoy bridging the gap between business and engineering teams in a technology organization, and am constantly trying to balance strategic thinking and quick execution. I have an MBA and an MEM (Masters in Engineering Management) from the Kellogg School of Management. Apart from majors in Strategy, Marketing and Analytical Consulting, this dual degree program gave me a strong footing in Design and Operations. Before my MBA, I spent several years in the wireless and telecom industry, doing R&D, product development and IT Strategy.
