The main event in my life is home and family and in caring for and being there for others. I love to read and learn, and I like to read about and study many different fields of interest. My hearts desire is wisdom to find where and how I can help to make our world a better place for all our children to live. I am an open-minded, happy optimist. I love to talk, love to listen, love to share and give, and find fun and happiness in the simple things of life. I have many dreams and goals to conquer and each tomorrow is a new day to help make them happen. For today and tomorrow and forever "love makes my world go around, and a cheerful smile makes my day". Im a true believer in the power of positive attitude and the power of our words. I am no stranger to child abuse and abuse in adult life. Several years ago I was the victim in a violent domestic crime that had the power to destroy.Today I look back and would not want to change any part of my life, for lifes circumstances has been my greatest teacher.I am not religious, but spiritual minded. I truly believe the power of love, enlightenment, all truth, and forgiveness, dwells within each one of us, and all we need to do is look within to find it.My favorite words are love, care, share, kind, gentle, patient, forgive, and compassion. I do not have all the answers to life, but instead of asking myself why did this or that happen to me I ask myself "what can I learn from this that will help to make me a better and stronger person" and then I move on in the present to the future.The most important and exciting part of my life are my two children and two grandchildren. No words in all the universe could express the value they hold for me in this life. I believe that the greatest gift in life is our children, and if we want the help change our world for them, we must remember that babies are not born bad.
