John Van Dijk (58) is the Corporate Secretary of the Company. Mr. Van Dijk has also served as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Bank since November 2004. He has served as Corporate Secretary of the Company since 1997 and previously served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Bank of the Pacific since May 1996. Previously, Mr. Van Dijk was employed in the thrift industry for 18 years.
