More than years of executive level experience in business development for architects and engineers. I develop opportunities through United States and Foreign Government Relationships and C-Level relationships in the AE industry. I specialize in business development in the built environment on projects with large capital requirements. John is author of "BD for the PE" a systematic course to teach engineers and architects the art and science of human behavior in a business development environment. The course teaches non-BD professionals to understand their clients behaviors and to respond in a way that will position them more favorably to grow their business. The course also teaches fundamentals such as "ABC" (always be closing) I am part of Waldon Studio Architects Team, TCT Cost and PositivEnergy Practice. With PositivEnergy Practice I am seeking large scale DeCarbonization Studies, developing high performance buildings and working with owners to make existing buildings better, design new high performance buildings and improve our Urban Ecology by squeezing the carbon out of the city. Favorite projects include complex Federal Laboratories, National Museums, University Facilities, National Monuments and Sports Facilities. I have enjoyed success on GSA Design Excellence Project pursuits and other high performance buildings.
