Mr. Drosdick was elected Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sunoco, Inc. in May 2000 and Chairman of the Board of Sunoco Partners LLC in October 2001. Mr. Drosdick has been a director and President of Sunoco, Inc. since December 1996. He was also Chief Operating Officer of Sunoco, Inc. from December 1996 to May 2000. He is also a director of H.J.
