Joe Sommers, currently Owner of See Clearly Consulting, assists organizations to increase their talent management effectiveness, performance management goals and strategy, and to incorporate effective pre-employment assessment tools. As a national employment director, Joe guided the staffing, college relations, international assignments, and relocation programs for Ericsson, a worldwide leader in telecommunications. Prior to his tenure with Ericsson, Joe assisted Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) with the development and integration of an innovative behavioral interviewing program for experienced hiring. Joe has presented numerous behavioral interviewing, strategic recruiting, use of pre-employment assessment tools, and career transition workshops for corporate clients and professional associations. Joe previously served on the national board of directors for the SHRM Employment Management Association (EMA) as vice president of Professional Development, and is currently a Senior Advisor for the SHRM DallasFt.
