More recently a key executive in founding OverC International, a "Value Added Intermediary" in the offshore service center market, he built a group of ‘certified’ centers located around the globe in locations like India, Asia, South America, and South Africa, bringing a combined total of 6,5000 workstation available for North American clients. He is currently the Managing Director of AmeriContact (previously 4C International), a network of owned, or certified, and centrally managed service centers that service domestic customers from locations in the heartland, or near-shore, with experienced American operational leadership with a focus on quality, performance and value-priced client solutions.
