I have invested 10 years in the nonprofit association field, managing research publication production and project/program portfolio management. I accumulated 12 years experience in editing, writing, and copy writing while adapting to a social networking/social media environment. Specialty: have been a translator/interpreter most, if not all, of my life. Overseas experience in Italy and Mexico. Present I manage research publication projects from concept to finished product. This includes managing and working with a variety of individuals, ranging from designers, printers, editors, authors, and researchers. I enjoy the detail-oriented editing and proofing of a variety of publications--especially with authors for whom English is a second language. Consistency and detail-orientation are vital for developing valuable business messages, no matter what the channel. I would like to learn Portuguese and Japanese...well, some day! I love seeing just how far social media goes in its role as an excellent customer service and expanded-reach channel.
