I am a software architect and have been designing and developing software for 35 years. I have had two companies and currently am self-employed as a consultant to banks and software companies. My speciality in software development is in the area of check processing and managing and distribution of check images. I have studied, used, and taught various software engineering and software architecture disciplines, including service oriented architectures, object-oriented system design, and web services.I am a photographer, a mathematician studying number theory and topology, enjoy reading about quantum physics and the nature of the universe, and love to sing.I have been married for 35 years to Marjorie and have two sons, Joshua and Peter. I have lived in Memphis, TN for 28 years. My wife and I love ballroom dancing and have been taking lessons and competing for 3 years. My wife works for a book store and is a story teller for the children. Joshua recently completed his PhD in Mathematics at Cornell University and was married in early August.
