Jennifer L. Good has served as our President and Chief Executive Officer since June 2006. Ms. Good was our President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer from November 2005 to June 2006, and Chief Financial Officer from February 1997 to November 2005. Prior to joining our company in February 1997, Ms. Good served as Corporate Controller and Corporate Director of Finance for Penford Corporation, our former parent company, from 1993 to 1997. From 1987 to 1993, Ms. Good was employed by Ernst & Young LLP in a number of positions, the most recent of which was audit manager, where she focused primarily on high-tech and biotech clients.
