I am extremely interested in a paying entry-level position at a PR or Communications Group. I recently graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Public Relations. I am also interested in pursuing a position at a company that provides a challenging work environment, which would allow me to utilize my skills and educational background. I had a wonderful opportunity in Houston at The Padgett Group, a boutique style public relations firm and then as a communications intern at the American Cancer Society Hope Lodge in Lubbock. While at the Padgett Group and then at Hope Lodge I had the chance to dip my toes in the giant sea of the public relations and marketing industry. Now I am getting the chance to learn more about public relations in the fashion industry at Shopafrolic and JLM Couture In addition to my formal work experience, I have been in various leadership roles in my sorority and on campus at Texas Tech.
