Jeff is Shopper Science’s co-founder, its General Manager, and a Senior Vice President of IPG Mediabrands. He works daily with global merchants & marketers to help them better understand the process of shopping, and to uncover what truly influences shoppers in the choices they make as they journey “from undecided to decided” along the path to purchase. In just it's first year, Shopper Sciences not only worked with leading US and Global firms (Google, Coca-Cola, and Nestle among others) but was named the youngest firm ever to receive the Agency of the Year Award from Media Magazine. Prior to joining Shopper Sciences, Jeff was SVP of Premier Retail Networks (PRN). Jeff joined PRN in 1999 and helped create & grow the Digital Place-Based Advertising industry through PRN’s advertising & merchandising networks in the leading US retailers including Wal-Mart, Target, Best Buy, Costco, Sam’s Club, SuperValu, Wendy’s, and Denny’s. Jeff also helped launch PRN’s international businesses in Central and South America at both Wal-Mart de Mexico and Carrefour SA. Prior to joining PRN, Jeff worked in Product Management at the Kellogg’s Company, marketing all of Kellogg’s brands to retailers in the North American Warehouse Club, Mass Merchandise, and Convenience Store channels. Before Kellogg’s, Jeff helped create, launch, and grow the Channel Marketing functions at Nabisco Foods’ Lifesavers and Planters companies. Jeff is also a sales & sales management alumni of Nestle Foods, Coca-Cola Foods, and Procter & Gamble. In addition to his work in the shopper marketing world, Jeff is active as an investor, advisor, and partner in early-stage Software as a Service companies in both B2B and B2C arenas. Jeff is a graduate of the University of North Carolina’s School of Journalism & Mass Communication, and of the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and currently resides in Atlanta, GA with his wife and son, both of whom are excellent shoppers.
