Jason came to the ad world with a slew of unique accolades, including Most-Followed Canadian on Twitter (without a Juno nomination), Winner of the CBC Canada Writes Competition, a Rooftop Comedy Award, two Canadian Weblog Awards, and was listed in Maxim Magazine's Twitter Accounts Every Guy Should Follow. A graduate of Dalhousie University, he has also written for the CBC Radio' Day and numerous Canadian and US publications. Recently, he was featured on the cover of Marketing Magazine, where he discussed his online success and what brands can do to stand out from the crowd on Twitter. Since joining Venture Communications, hes been very busy writing brand, marketing, and advertising copy as well as a load of website, blog, and social media content for many clients, including Toyota, Travel Alberta, Cenovus Energy, ENMAX, Rexall, the Cement Association of Canada, Urban Cultivator, Sporting Life, Brookfield, and Deloitte. Most importantly, no one has yet noticed Jason is just squirrels standing on each other's shoulders wearing people clothes.
