Tim O'Reilly would call me an "alpha geek." I have more than a decade of professional experience tinkering with technology, but it's been a passion ever since I could PEEK and POKE my Commodore 64 around age seven. I was a PC user from DOS 3.3 (still have the 5.25") up to Windows XP. While I was once a naysayer toward Apple products, with the release of Mac OS X in 2001 I embraced the platform and haven't looked back since. Now when the latest Apple devices are released, you'll find me waiting in line to get one. Somewhere along the way, my personal interests became my profession and I began to deliberately develop my IT skills. My career has offered numerous opportunities to expand my technical knowledge, encompassing a variety of different hardware, software, and networking solutions.
