From 1995 to 1999, Mr. Klein served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Triangle Pharmaceuticals Inc., a publicly traded pharmaceutical company. Prior to that, Mr. Klein was the International Research and Development Financial Controller for Burroughs Wellcome Co., an international pharmaceutical group.
