James S. Haines, Jr., age 60, has served as our director and chief executive officer since December of 2002. He also served as our president from December of 2002 through March of 2006. Employment Experience: Mr. Haines also holds an appointment as an adjunct professor and the Skov Professor of Business Ethics at the University of Texas at El Paso, a position he has held since January of 2002. From May 1996 to November 2001, Mr. Haines was president and chief executive officer of El Paso Electric Company, a public utility company located in El Paso, Texas. On April 25, 2007, James S.
