James Curtis a layman who has no qualifications to write a book – except that he has walked with the Lord since 1975. James taught from the pulpit, in a small church group, for several years, He led several Bible studies, and has done some writing on the web. In addition rose through the ranks of the Maine Department of Transportation from flagman to head up a statewide at maintenance asset and work management effort.
