James Claggion began his military career in August of 1993 and was honorably discharged from the Navy in August of 2008. Mr. Claggion has 14 years of law enforcement experience as well as experience as over 10 years as an EPA (Executive Protection Agent). Mr. Claggion has worked for NCIS as an EPA and the U.S. Government Central Command. While in the Navy Mr. Claggionâ€™s primary duties and responsibilities as an EPA were promulgating, implementing and executing security as it relates to Antiterrorism, Force Protection, Law Enforcement, Physical Security and Information, Personnel Security and Protection. While serving his country, Mr. Claggion received numerous recognitions, commendations, decorations, and medals. He has received numerous hours of extensive professional training in Counter Surveillance, Force Protection, Physical Security, Law Enforcement, Threat Assessment and Antiterrorism. During his military career and upon Mr. Claggionâ€™s honorable discharge he had the desire to continue his expertise as an EPA and become an entrepreneur. He planned, designed, strategize and Total Cover Protective Services (TCPS) was created and implemented. Total Cover Protective Services(TCPS) was launched and incorporated in April of 2008.
