I enjoy helping brands figure out how to connect with consumers and build a meaningful relationship with them. While sports offer an excellent opportunity for brands to do this by tapping into fans' passion for their teams, they have also revealed to me how you can easily tap into consumers' passion in other areas (home improvement, for example) to build these relationships. I'm continually learning about marketing tactics, business strategy, and emerging tools by reading books, articles online, and learning from my peers.
