I help knowledge workers get things done. I help people and businesses focus on what needs to be done to improve how they work. And create a mechanism for continuous improvement in that work. I approach these ideas from many directions with two main focus areas knowledge management and Theory of Constraints. With knowledge management, I work with organizations to increase collaboration (and knowledge sharing) amongst networks of people. And I work with individuals to guide them in developing their own personal approaches to knowledge management. In my Theory of Constraints work, I have worked primarily in project management (critical chain project management) and manufacturing operations management. I have also received a formal certification in TOC Supply Chain Logistics.
