Jack Kyser is a recent graduate of New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, where he was a Deans Scholar and a film major. He is currently in post-production on his senior thesis film "You Can't Put Your Arms Around A Memory, and recently completed his independent film "Jake the Cinephile." His previous film, "The Wheels," won the Best Student Film award at the Metropolitan Film Festival of New York and was an Official Selection of the Coney Island Film Festival. His film "With Love, Marty" was an Official Selection of The Big Apple Film Festival. While studying at NYU, Jack interned at Martin Scorsese's Sikelia Productions for a year and a half. He also interned at Troublemaker Studios in Austin, and he was a Technical Assistant at the Tisch School of the Arts Post-Production Center. Jack was awarded the Sony Electronics Scholarship from Tisch during his junior year, and more recently, he was selected by Tisch faculty to receive the Emerson Scholarship for outstanding achievement in the department. An Executive Board member of Tisch New Theatre, Jack recently appeared onstage as Reg in TNTs Mainstage production of Round and Round the Garden. read more ...
