Raised along with his two brothers in central Ohio and educated and grew up amidst the vibrant commercial dance and artistic community in Los Angeles, Bryan is known throughout the world for his unique athletic and vibrant contemporary style, based on technical foundations of jazz, modern and classical dance. With a background in world dance, international relations, film, and art, his work and outlook continues to be informed by global perspectives and diaspora, reflecting study outside the dance studio and stage. It doesn't hurt that he speaks fluent Italian and has intermediate reading and writing skills in Russian either. Having worked alongside some of America's top music video directors and production companies in the making of numerous music videos and commercials, Bry has developed a unique aesthetic to assembling and creating choreography. A graduate of The University of California, Los Angeles, Bryan's work has been seen on all platforms all over the world: television, film, and international stages from the United States, Russia, Asia, and Europe. Highlights on his resume include working with star of Step Up 2, Brianna Evigan and Steven Spielberg in Indiana Jones 4, Chris Brown, Rihanna, John Legend, and many other popular American artists. Other projects include being a dancer and choreographer for Sutasi, Asia's search for its biggest singing sensation as well as touring the majority of Russia, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan teaching commercial dance hip-hop and jazz master classes, to find the Russia's hottest dancers. Commercial choreography credits and performances include G4 tech TV, Nike, Converse, Mercedes Benz. Dance companies which he's worked with include: include Ishq Dunye (bollywood) and the Adam Bosma company, The Harnishe Lacey Dance Company (Wales, England), and Unidance (St. Petersburg, Russia) and danced for UCI's Kaba Modern (of America's Best Dance Crew fame). Choreographers he's worked with and studied under include Shane Sparks, Wade Robson, Mikey Minden, Tina Landon, Jason Myhre, Shawnette Heard, Scott Putman, Malaya, among many others. He continues to work and collaborate with dance companies, dance schools and academies from around the world, setting stages, teaching master classes, and choreographing new work. When not creating, dancing, or inspiring and meeting the next generation of dance, Bryan enjoys museums, reading works on Italian futurismo, and volunteering.
