My roots in Italy, my soul in Maui, my life in London that's a good personal picture of me. I grew up in Naples and became a Marketeer in Northern Italy, where I served for years blue chip FMCG companies, such as Barilla, Kraft and L'Oreal, in multiple roles across sales, brand building and brand development. Then one day in I resigned, took year off and left to Maui, Hawaii, where I got incredibly inspired by the culture and lifestyle of Hawaiian people. Reinvigorated by the life experience on the islands, back to Europe I got into marketing again and joined Unilever as European Brand Development Manager, looking after Dove MenCare and based in the global HQ in London. After six months into the role I have been asked to step up and take the European lead of the whole of Dove Brand within the Deodorants business category, which I accepted. Therefore I am currently on a expat assignement in the Netherlands heading up Dove and also Impulse Brand in Europe and committed to - Create Regional Brand positioning strategies - Lead Regional business and teams, and give strategic directions to the Countries - Design brand vision plans and brand marketing plans - Be a Brand ambassador and align Regional teams on Brand Vision, Brand Identity, Brand Purpose - Drive development and delivery innovation on a Regional and local scale - Develop consumer and shopper insights and turn them into growth opportunities - Secure effective route to market via integrated communication programs - Harness the power of digital and engage with the consumers to build brand love - Do all the above in an ethical and socially responsabile manner, and reducing environmental footprint Three more things about me I love windsurfing because it makes me feel free.
