I'm a Virtualization and Storage Architect with a solid UNIX background, my ultimate goal is to make every IT infrastructure run smooth. My main focus is on infrastructure consolidation and automation through virtualization, SAN design and their implementation using both IP and FC technologies, I'm also quite experienced with geographical dispersed application clustering. My strongest skills revolve around VMware and virtualization in general (Xen and KVM) and storage where I'm fluent on almost every vendor and I can deepdive easily on almost every storage architecture on the market. On the Networking side I have keen knowledge of everything up to Layer 3 and I'm currently refreshing my networking skills studying for CCIE R&S, on the FC side I can work my way through both Brocade and Cisco with several large-scale deployments under my belt. I also have broad experience with most of the free and proprietary UNIX platforms out there (ranging from Solaris/SPARC to Linux/x86), I'm also quite experienced on legacy systems (SGI IRIX/MIPS, Digital TRU64/Alpha and OpenVMS).
