I am a city dwelling mountain biker who purchased my first mountain bike 11 years ago. I live for the weekend when I am free to explore new technical trails, park and shuttle runs, and street riding. As a city dweller, I enjoy the freedom from car ownership and commute via public transportation with my bike. In addition to my addiction to bikes, I love traveling, road trips, bodybuilding, surfing, yoga and rock climbing. I am also a certified Personal Trainer. I understand the value of exercise, nutrition and alternative medicine. Several days a week, I also weight train with my friends in a gym. My favorite bike trick is a rocker-style powerslide. I recently learned how to bunny hop, and am stoked on how much my riding and technical skills have progressed this year.  My current goal is to continue to develop my emerging bunny hop skills and apply it to dirt jumping and downhill trails, as well as training for Super D events. I am also currently working on a meal and lifting plan for my hectic lifestyle and would like to compete in a fitness competition in 2010.read more ...read less ...
