I am a 'Retired' TeleMarketer & "Phone Warrior," having retired in April, 2009 from a Website Redevelopment Corporation, http://esxinc.com. I have recently started my third year of retirement and my only question & comment is - what took me so long?I have spent a Total of (33) years in direct sales of which (20) were spent on the telephone as a 'Tele-Sales or Tele-Marketing' Account Representative; primarily engaged with 'Outbound' sales type of calling; for a variety of companies and products/services; which helped me develop a skill that many people fear and avoid. My retirement activities revolved around being the primary care giver for my 89 year-old Mother [ until her death in April, 2011] and my Home-Based, Internet Sales and Marketing ("Independent Sales Representative Status") business, which is supplementing and [very soon] will replace my social security income sometime in late 2011 or within the first quarter of 2012; that's when things will get very excfiting for I can then use my wimpy $1335 SSI for my calling expenses and at that time will then be able to start making 89,000 voice broadcasting calls - monthly; which will then give me the number of prospects to REALLY make my business excitin! I am a recent Grandfather, my Granddaughter was born on Christmas Day, 2009, at 01:30 AM and both Granddaughter and Daughter are at home and doing fine! Her Dad has deployed to Afghanistan in the Spring of 2011 and is about half finished with his second tour! I am an "Unashamed and Apologetic Christian" ( Romans 1: 16)..."For I am Unashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ..." and I choose to worship with the Seventh Day Baptist [NOT 7th Day Adventist] Church. I have been a Professing Christian my entire life and confess that I , "Ponyhunter, aka Hcw,jr., as the Apostle Paul confessed, when he wrote that he was "The Chief Sinner Amongst Sinner," I too, confess (here on this very public forum) that I am a 'Chief Sinner among Sinners' but pronounce and declare BOLDLY, that there is Salvation at the Foot of the Cross; therefore, I cling to the Dramatic and Virgin Birth of the Lord Jesus Christ, His Most Miraculous Ministry, the Passion of His Death, The Power of His Resurrection, The Glory of His Ascension, and the Righteousness of His Position on the right-hand of Our Heavenly Father, where the Heavenly Father has said to The Son: "Sit here, while I make your enemies your foot stool."
