Bio

I enjoy learning about people and how they approach technology. That's why I became a consultant -- so I could interact with people and technology in a variety of situations. I enjoy the challenge of creating usable software and hardware interaction designs as well as writing documents that hit the mark with readers. I believe, it's all about your audience. Call them your customer, consumer, user, target market or whatever. The label doesn't matter BUT how they think, how they work, how they play and how they approach technology DOES. Specialties Usability testing Ethnographic research Interaction design Information modeling and document design Persona creation User centered design Writing and editing white papers, case studies, blogs, newsletters, user and reference documentation
