Heather Leson is a community builder and programme manager for global open source communities. She has over fifteen years of experience in technical incident management, software life-cycle development, customer care, and Internet communications. Heather is currently a board member for Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team. She delivers complex projects, runs workshopsevents, public speaks, builds partnerships, activates change, creates concise content, documents processes, and trains staff. As a technical communicator, she collaborates with customers(users), technical teams, and management to build a common language.
