I make pictures, moving pictures, sounds, words and clicks at Southern California Public Radio, the nation's second-largest public radio affiliate. At some point in the past six years, I've been a newspaper reporter, a newspaper editor, a Washington correspondent, a foreign correspondent, a grad student, a blogger, a photographer, a videographer, an educator and a commercial maker. In those same six years, I have done short-form documentary video work, long-ish form documentary video work, long-form written journalism, wire service reporting, wire service photography, portrait photography and beat reporting. I consider myself a reporter without borders and I work to find storytelling opportunities across platforms. My work has appeared on The New York Times, The Associated Press, National Public Radio, GlobalPost, The New York Post (just for fun) and a host of other publications.
