Grant Fritchey has worked for twenty years in IT as a developer and a DBA. He has built systems from the major enterprise to distributed systems to small boutique companies. Grant put three dot.com's to sleep. He writes SQL Server articles for SQL Server Central and SimpleTalk. Mr. Fritchey is the author of multiple books including, SQL Server Execution Plans and SQL Server Query Performance Tuning. Grant volunteers with PASS. Grant helped found the Southern New England SQL Server Users Group. He develops and presents complete structured learning plans to teach SQL Server and T-SQL to developers and other IS personnel. Outside work, Grant volunteers with his local Scout troop. He formerly taught at the New England Karate Academy where he attained the rank of sensei. Grant Fritchey is a Past Master at his local Freemason lodge.
