Glenn grew up in the wonder years of southern California when you could surf and ski in the same day and pluck an orange on the way. His first job was at Disneyland. Steve Martin was in the Magic Shop. Richard Carpenter played honky tonk on Main Street. Glenn was one of the Three Little Pigs. Wondering about life east of the Hollywood sign, Glenn went to Montana to join Kampgrounds of America as the co-op advertising manager. His creativity led to the largest consumer promotion ever launched in the leisure camping industry. After too much fresh air, Glenn returned to LA as an early pioneer in using emotive branding for medical device marketing. As creative director at Interpublic Groups Dailey and Associates, Glenn introduced consumer advertising to CPG retail trade marketing for Nestle USA. Glenn moved east to Chicago to join Viewfacts, a technology leader in qualitative marketing research. He drove new revenue for the company by applying their proprietary technology to evaluate in-store concepts for McDonalds. His knack to position technology as a strategic business value led to the successful launch of e-commerce for RR Donnelley and Sons. Glenn later joined Citigroup as VP of web business strategy for their charge card portfolio where introduced personalization and dynamic content management web platforms to deliver a more relevant user experiences based on cardmember spend data. After , Glenn led web-based marketing, CRM and opinion leader research projects for pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device clients. He aligned strategic solutions with the client product lifecycle to drive incremental revenue. Glenn applies his unique blend of strategic thinking, creativity and technology to elevate social media as a new business process to deliver continuous market insight, improve customer service and evolve product development.
