In the process we improve the efficiency, cost and flexibility of their business facilities, and we create a real estate plan which supports a variety of strategic initiatives such as M&A/exit strategy, access to labor pools, and marketing/branding. From my first career as a professional athlete to 8 years and 1 million SF of real estate transaction experience, I have excelled in a high-performance environment. These experiences have proven that there is no substitute for hard work, or the ability to listen and adapt.
