Mr. Meyer has served as a director since 1991. Mr. Meyer was Chairman of the Board of Aladdin Industries from 1985 to 2004. He also formerly held the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of Aladdin Industries LLC from 1987 to 1994 and again from 1995 to 2004. Mr. Meyer was also President and Chief Operating Officer of Tyler Corporation, a diversified manufacturing corporation, from 1983 to 1986.
