I have had my real estate license since 2003 when prompted to do so after a bad experience with a real estate agent. Earlier that year, I had made the decision to purchase an investment property after reading all of Robert Kiosaki’s “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” series of books. I was driving around town looking for some “good deals” when I called on a sign in front of a house and suddenly I had an agent. This Realtor advised me to not get a home inspection because one was “already completed”, told me to use a loan product that was inappropriate for my needs, and didn’t contact me once after my purchase. He only cared about his commission check and not about my investment. That event has truly affected my real estate career. I really enjoy helping people with the biggest investment of their lives. I listen to what my clients need and want, and I do my best to meet their expectations. My business is run by referral and in order to do that excellent service is a minimum. I am well versed in relocations for all clients moving into Las Vegas. If you’re moving to Las Vegas, it’s important to work with a real estate agent who is very familiar with the city.
