I currently hold a position with Sykes Enterprises as the primary Survey Analyst which requires that I manage and support all enterprise feedback initiatives as well as consult, train and support SYKES employees in the design, distribution and analysis of internal survey initiatives using the Vovici (Verint) tool. I am a member of the SYKES Community Relations Board, responsible for supporting and defining our annual philanthropic contributions. In addition to sitting on the board, I am the acting US Campaign Director for our annual Heartbeat of SYKES campaign benefiting the American Heart Association. My role is to manage, coach and support our 26 US Contact Centers in achieving their fundraising goals. Over the past 2 years we have raised over $250,000 for the American Heart Association. I am fortunate to be able to give back to the community, both locally and nationally, and encourage others to do the same! My goal is to move forward in this role and seek consistent improvement in my personal and professional development to drive me toward my goal of becoming a business consultant and eventually incorporating my own consulting firm. I am planning to pursue my MBA in the fall of 2012.
