As RD Director at C, I oversee research and analysis on what's happening, why is it happening, what should be happening, who it should be happening to and what technology we need to make it happen - in addition to the implementation of new technologies, processes, and best practices. Our focus is large music and food festivals all over the world (Austin City Limits Music Festival, Lollapalooza (Chicago, Chile, Brazil), Orion Music More (Detroit), Austin Food Wine Festival, Music City Eats Festival (Nashville), Big Day Out (Australia), and more) artist management (Bassnectar, Delta Spirit, and many more) concert promotion (see a few at cconcerts.com) and various other special mass gathering events. My path leading to this current role was made up of years in IT and network management in higher education, healthcare, and manufacturing, followed by in consulting and data management for SAS Institute in telecom (ATT) and retail (Wal-Mart), followed by years of trying to start and run my own record label and other creative businesses which were massive failures that drained my k that I would do over again in a heartbeat just for the fun and experience. I have also spent the last several years falling in love with Jesus. And I have a passion for counseling - or really just listening - and have a special place in my heart for anyone struggling with or considering suicide.
