Bio:

I have been providing psychotherapy services to parents, children and other individuals for 25 years, the last 10 years being spent on the Jersey Shore. I received my Masters degree in Social Work from Columbia University and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Advanced PSTEC Practitioner. I also have extensive training in addictions and am presently involved in Advanced SandPlay training. The primary goal of my work is to help clients decrease their anxiety, relieve their depression, eliminate their phobias and resolve other issues that are interfering in their day to day living. This year, I founded my own practice, Counseling by the Shore, LLC, for the purpose of providing exceptional services to those wanting to make changes leading to a better quality of and enjoyment of life. Specialties I specialize in working with anxious parents of anxious children and offer unique approaches to significantly reduce anxiety and other negative emotions.
