I'm first and foremost a writer, with a focus on story, world, and lore building. That said, I equally enjoy the art of crafting a message for public and community relations. Interacting with and building a community is the lifeblood of many of today's gaming experiences and helps garner a longevity for many existing or newly created brands and franchises. One of the corner stones in my game writing background is the time I spent as Story Producer for Acclaim's Project Top Secret. This was a community lead and driven game design project which was eventually developed and directed by David Perry. I learned a great deal from the experience and wrote a great deal of fantastic story material, world lore, and ethnicity background details. It was certainly a learning experience coupled with the work I did during and following for David Perry with his Game Consultants.I have tried my hand at other roles and I am constantly working to increase my knowledge and experience in various fields so that I have a better appreciation of game design and development. Being able to understand the various moving parts allows me, as a writer, to work harder to create and refine content to meet the overall vision of a game.Currently I am the Owner, Director, and Community Manager for AnjelSyndicate.org, a newly created gaming news site that is the next evolutionary step from my person blog where I had previous wrote commentary on moves in the industry and other gaming related trivia.
