Currently, I am mobilized to U.S. Army Human Resource Command, Casualty and Mortuary Affairs Operations Center at the Joint Personal Effects Depot at Dover AFB in Delaware as the S- Officer in Charge and Protocol Officer. As the Plans, Training, and Operations Officer (PTO), Public Affairs Protocol Officer of the only Department of Defense (DoD) organization comprised of dedicated Army, Marines, Airmen, GS civilians and civilian contractors I execute on current and future plans, training and certification, standard operating procedures, SharePoint EIM, Public Affairs (jped.mil) and Protocol (distinguished visitors). I'm the Founder and CEO of BilingualHire, Inc., a bilingual staffing company (formerly RED Consulting Group LLP). Previously, I served as Commissioner on the Oregon Commission on Hispanic Affairs, Oregon State University President's Board of Visitors, Oregon State University ChicanoLatino Alumni Association, Committee Administrator of the House Committee on Veterans Emergency Services (Oregon) and as an Aide-de-Camp to an Army Major General and Brigadier General.
