I especially love outdoor living products and tools that make your life easier, such as barbecue grills, hand tools, lawn mowers and sprinklers, and lighting equipment. Leading and excelling at every step in my career – general management, marketing and brand leadership, sales, sales management - my teams and I have delivered results significantly “above-the-bar”. I have been naturally attracted to businesses and their owners with a real commitment to growth and expansion. I deliver a keen ability to quickly learn a business, the market and the competition. I judiciously get to the relevant issues and gain the “voice-of-the-customer” to formulate strategy, align and execute tactics to bring remarkable, sustainable business results.
