David currently holds the position of Asset Management Coordinator at The Flagler Development Company. Flagler is the leading full service commercial real estate group in the state of Florida. David deals with all of Flagler's assets throughtout strategic markets of North, Central, and South Florida. Encompassing approximately million square feet of class-A office and industrial space and , acres of land that have entitlements in place for over million square feet of development. In this capacity, he conducts market data research, creates business plans for Flagler's assets, completes lease and sales databases, oversees building valuations, works directly with brokers and conducts deal analysis. While David isn't working he enjoys time with his wife, Kristie, and three dogs. David loves the outdoors, movies, and anything that has to do with Florida State University athletics.
