David E. Gable, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, was named such in June 2005. Mr. Gable joined KEMET in 1998 in the position of Corporate Controller, and served in that capacity until he was appointed to the position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in September 2003. Prior to joining KEMET, Mr. Gable held numerous financial positions with Michelin North America. He has also had previous experience in public accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Gable was recently elected to the Board of Directors of Evox Rifa Group Oyj, a public company listed on the Helsinki Stock Exchange.
