After a few years of new media design training at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, I co-founded a web design company, engaged in small scale marketing campaigns and worked in a variety of other corporate gigs. I learned a lot and worked with the normal mix of colleagues and mentors. Over the last decade I have risen to a Directorship level, growing UX Teams and participating in the leadership of global initiatives supporting multi-national corporations.
