Because the more art you can sell, the more art you can create.My name is Daryle Dickens and I started Art Palaver in 2006 as a companion blog to an artist webzine I was publishing at the time. I believe that every person is creative and we would all be better off if everyone worked on their creative potential. The belief fuels everything that I do. Most of the time I focus on selling art outside of the gallery system and in the realm of self promotion. And finding ways to do it with little or no money. I myself enjoy creating and I am always working on finding personal creative outlets. I do that here on Art Palaver by experimenting with the blog platform and design as well as creating audio podcasts and video blogs. If I am not hunched over my computer working to make Art Palaver better I like to dabble in photography, fiction writing, oil painting, and mixed media pop art.
