I currently manage operations for the Financial Institutions Division at American Modern Insurance Group (AMIG) - a specialty property casualty insurance provider based in Cincinnati. Our Financial Institutions Division provides forced order hazard, collateral protection, blanket hazard, and forced order flood and wind programs to all financial institutions from credit unions to large mortgage lenders. In this position I have responsibility for all premium processing, policy services, and tracking operations. Loan tracking operations encompasses outbound and inbound call centers, data entry and OCR, as well as escrow services and claims disbursement capabilities - providing risk management services for the mortgage servicing and consumer finance industries. Beyond the operational responsibilities I have managed budgeting and forecasting for the division as well as provide planning and strategy support for the division's operations. This includes leading a team to develop an IT strategy that ultimately led to a large system implementation of a new policy administration system.
