Danny got his start in the insurance industry in 2000 as a Customer Service Representative for one of the largest group disability insurers in the United States. He distinguished himself as a Customer Service Representative by winning the top customer service award given by that company, which included an all expense paid trip to Disneyworld in Orlando, Florida for a 3 day customer service training seminar with the leaders in the customer service industry. Danny seized the opportunity to start his own insurance business when he was approached by a representative from Farmers Insurance Group in 2004. Since that time Danny has brought the same spirit of customer service to his own agency that he had with his former employer. Danny operated his office out of Brentwood, CA until January 2010, when he moved his office to Walnut Creek, CA. Danny has been a member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Contra Costa County since 2007. Danny’s interests extend beyond insurance to include fishing, backpacking, and various adventure sports.
